Skypark is a partnership between the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, and Devon County Council. It is the cornerstone development of the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point initiative.

The vision for the site is to realise the full economic potential of Exeter, as a major regional centre, to provide a range of employment opportunities.
